Penfold Towing was founded by Richard, who saw the need for dependable roadside help in Hervey Bay. He invested in a flatbed truck with a second lift, giving him the ability to tow two light vehicles at once. When the local towing company he worked with retired, Richard stepped in to carry on the work and continue supporting the community.
Since then we have focused on towing and roadside assistance for cars and light vehicles. We also take care of accident recovery, breakdowns and moving machinery or equipment up to 4.5 tonnes. With more than 30 years of hands-on experience, we act fast, work carefully and are there when drivers need us most.
